Lousey Lawyer

Normally I don’t butcher people’s company over the web but this is ridiculous. Let’s start with where it all began. On October 30, 2009, some Vietnamese lady hit my mom’s van I was driving from the side back. First thing she asked when she got out the car was, in Vietnamese, “whose fault is this?” Obviously, she t-boned me and asked that question? The van took a 180 degree spin onto the other lane and faced the other direction. Ridiculous. I know. Anyway, we got a lawyer and everything to settle the case. First lawyer didn’t do anything or updated me with anything so I switched to another lawyer that someone referred me to a couple months later. I met up my new lawyer and my first impression was, okay he’s a lot older and maybe he has a lot of experience and can do this case. I was wrong. My lawyer, R. McAllister, has yet to finish this case. For the past three or four months, I have been trying to contact him and ask what’s the status of my case. Seriously, how hard is it to just give me a five minute status update? It’s almost 2.5 years and nothing is happening. His “assistants” said they’re going to take a message and have someone call me back. I keep calling and calling and what do I get? “Do you want to leave a message?” “They’re currently busy and they’ll call you back” Am I not as an important client as the rest of their clients are? I mean they’re going to get paid once the case is done. I am fed up. I hate this man. I wish there is something I can do about this.
